will be situated in the quiet town of St. Vlas on 1.9 acres and

This is an established family resort within easy reach of local
attractions and transport. Burgas airport is a 25 minute drive away,
the ancient town of Nessabar is only 10 minutes by car and Sunny
Beach's facilities are a short taxi ride or leisurely stroll along
the bay away. St. Vlas has a variety of amenities including a variety
of restaurants, shops and internet cafes and of course sports facilities.
