An old farmhouse for sale with about 6 acres of land, including large paddock, 40 orange trees, half a dozen lemon trees, peach, nispirus and almond, fig and alforaba trees. The house is comfortable, but could do with someone spending a further €10,000 to make it look special. It would be worth it. I cant be bothered, as I rather rattle around in the place, and have other priorities.
The place next door is also for sale, so it could make an interesting purchase for someone who wanted the whole lot to develop into some kind of holiday centre.
The Property next door is also for sale. That consists of a 4 bed home, with two outhouses which could be converted to separate homes. It has it's own pool and is set in a hectare of grounds with forty orange trees, with the river for a boundary.
The two properties combined would provide a splendid specialist holiday centre.
