Ref: 299 - Unbelievable Bargain - 22ha of Land for only 42.000€

Along the slopes of the Serra da Estrela between Seia and Gouveia lies this big property of 22ha.

There are two good sized ruins still restorable as well as some others now hidden amongst the broom bushes as they have deteriorated and are crumbling.

Through the centre of the land runs a valley with a strong flowing river which is edged by lush green vegetation and some flat fields.

Along the track leading in from the nearest village 800m away there is a big water tank which is overgrown with brambles but brimming with water even in mid August!

The access from the village is good. The last 1.5km is overgrown but passable but the owner has promised to clear that for a prospective buyer.

This property has 4 registry numbers and the owner is prepared to sell them off independently. The two biggest and visible ruined houses each have approx 2 ha of land belonging, and he is prepared to sell these for 13,000 € each. This means that the other 18ha which includes the river area would cost only 16,000 €, an incredible price for someone who is keen enough to take on such big land.
