Koh Chang, ThailandThis island is in the Koh Chang archipelago in the Gulf of Thailand, It is just a little over 12 acres in size, with 2.45 acres zoned for building. The remaining 9.8 acres is zoned as national park with the purchaser being considered as caretaker. The local government is very keen on green issues and all detailed planning must take account of this.
