It is possible to access the property from three different locations thus the development of independent luxury residences is relatively easy. Also off the corridor are the kitchen and a series of storerooms, a bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has an external entrance to the garden while next to the cistern is an additional bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. |
 The 18th century farmhouse is now two apartments of about 110 m2 each with a total of seven bedrooms and a number of store rooms and garages. The land consists of approximately 11 hectares and a well-maintained garden of about one hectare surrounds the house in a series of lawns and shrubs. There are a series of five storerooms concealed by a long aromatic jasmine hedge that runs alongside the property, these include a walled south-facing lemon grove inhabited by tortoises.
