BUYING GUIDE

The following information provides a guide to buying property in Turkey.
This process is not dissimilar to buying property in other counties. The
buying process in Turkey is in fact easier than a purchasing in many other
countries throughout Europe.

The first part of your quest is identifying your ideal property within our
country club development and locating a suitable apartment or house to
meet your requirements. This can be achieved in a number of ways, a
personal visit whilst on holiday, or a tailored inspection trip. You can also
view a touch of paradise country club via our website and virtual reality
tour. Information packs are also available upon request. If you would like
to use any of our holiday services such as airport transfers,
accommodation, flight booking, these are all available upon request, We
offer a fully comprehensive package from start to finish, this is at no cost
to you upon purchase. Please note; the price is the same whether buying
direct from the developer, or purchasing through one of our agents.

Step 1
Once you decide on the type of property you would like to purchase, you
then need to assess whether or not you would like to take advantage of
our guaranteed rental package in order to maximise your investment.
Once you are happy that all your requirements are met you can secure
you property by placing a deposit, this will then be reserved for you on
our database. (Please see payment plans). Following the required
government checks (typically 6-8 weeks) full payment or the first of the
staged payments can then be made.

Step 2
Placing your deposit
Upon placing your initial deposit, your contract will be available for you
to sign. You will then be required to forward your initial payment to the
developers holding bank account (by electronic transfer) this will then be
passed on to the developers via the legal team. (Please see payment plans
for further details) The deposit is non refundable. We will also need to
take a photocopy of your passport. This will also be the case for any
partner that may be named on the deeds.

Step 3
Completion, upon completion of your villa or apartment i.e. receiving
you keys and deeds, final payment will be required unless previously
paid. Contracts will be exchanged at the local notary office between the
buyer and the developer. Any foreigner purchasing property will have an
officially appointed government translator present, to explain exactly
what is written on all documents before you sign.

£3000 deposit (non non-refundable) balance in 4 stages as follows

  • 30 days
  • 25% within 60 days
  • 25% within 90 days
  • Balance payable on completion
    (Maximum estimated time to completion is 12 months)

  • 50% of purchase price within 30 days
  • 25% of purchase price within 6 mon months ths
  • Balance payable on completion
