I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for having such a
brilliant
website and also for putting my church at the top of your list; thank
you.
The very day that you put it on, it was seen by the Scottish Sunday
express, who phoned me up for an interview the very next day! As
requested, I sent them my photographs and further information.
That Sunday, there was a half page editorial about converted churches
in Scotland, there was a brilliant section on my church and the only
three pictures they'd printed were of my church as well. If that
wasn't enough, BBC Birmingham phoned me up and are going to use my
photos and info in a slot in one of their programmes in about three
months, called 'To Buy or Not to Buy'! Thanks again John.
Wendy.
Today a French TV company was filming us for a programme on unusual
houses in the UK... they were telling
us about other converted churches they found on your site.
Angela
For your interest we have been featured on SW television. Local papers
and the Daily Telegraph as a result of being
on your site and have had over 100 enquiries.
Simon Mole
I sure like your 'terms and conditions' for members... like the humor
and the straightforward, clear information. It was nice to not just see
a form letter.
Jan Rodman
Just to let you know I've now sold the Chapel for £85k
(best serious
offer received). We got at least 2-3 enquiries a week, right up until
this week.
Allen Davis
I would also like to compliment you on your brilliant website. I
have passed your web address on to many other people, and they think the
same.
Many thanks again,
Philip Kennington.
I wasn't anticipating newspaper coverage!! Thanks so much.
Michelle
I am thrilled with the replies we are getting from your site
Fiona.

Allan Connal
First of all, let me tell you that I have really enjoyed your web site
and have referred it to many friends.
Mark Miller
I've been a member of your site for a good few years now, its one of a
kind and well put together. In part it was responsible for my setting
up my own property companies seven years ago from which I haven't
looked back.
Tim
Like I said before your site has been invaluable and at the moment is
turning up more enquiries than the real estate agents.
Denise Philpotts
You advertised my Mid Wales Station Property for me early last year and
I successfully sold it via your website ....... well about a year ago
now. So thank you. It went to a railway enthusiast.
Debbie Harding
I like the way you write! Thanks again
Samia
This one is fabulous! I'm going to make it a half-page feature. I want
one!!! Thank you so much for this information. Keep them coming we love
to see what you have for us each week. We also include your web details
on the page too. Thank you so much. Hey, do you have any internal
photographs of these treehouses?
Jade
I loved your last newsletter we need a laugh at the moment.
Diana
Getting a good few e-mails regarding St. James! So thank you!
Chris
We just felt we wanted to first thankyou for the good response we have
received since putting our church for sale on your site (Stevlin
Chapel, Spalding Lincolnshire). We have had several viewings and some
media interest, e.g Daily Mail and BBC radio, which has been great
free advertising thanks to your site.
It's a real feel good factor to know that there are still people like
yourself who aren't out there to rip people off.
You take a genuine interest in helping people with the
good advise in your newsletters which we look forward to receiving.
They are always very informative honest and humorous.
Lindsey & Steve
Thanks for amending my ad on your unique website (Pwllheli church).
12 months on the market and zillions of enquiries have led to one offer
which I have accepted
Wendie Wilson
Brilliant.
Our best friends Lindsey and Steve who are trying to sell their chapel
in Linconshire, recommended you to us, saying that you were great, we
agree, thanks so much, sorry to have given you extra work but we really
do appreciate it.
All the best Debs and Steve x
Your website great on the search engines when looking up unique

The land for sale
measures 7945.00m2 (1.96 Acres). The building plot is 149.00m2 with few
restrictions as to how high you
can build. There is also a possibility that building permission may be
granted for
a further house on the parcel adjoining which is part of this sale but
listed as a separate parcel number in the land registry.
The parcel is located in the beautiful region of Prekmurje, North East
Slovenia, known as the breadbasket of Slovenia. It is not overlooked by
other properties and is rural but there
are small farms in the village of Martinje so the property is not
isolated. Both mains electricity and mains water are close to the
property (20-30
meters). Previous owners went as far as building a
foundation for a house, this could be used or another built.
The land is currently a mix of trees, grassland and scrub. It is close
to the Austrian border where land is twice as
expensive. |

A truly different
kind of eco-quinta with a round granite building
complete with living roof, a nice rectangular building and a round
bread oven with a living roof.
Located where the Douro and Agueda rivers join, this 3ha property,
besides having a wonderful view of the river, overlooks the mountains
of Spain.
There is a giant well which the owner professes has abundant water all
year around and this is evident from the bamboo and other water reeds
that surround the immediate area. |
