Toft mill is an attractive grade 2 listed converted windmill. It is situated just 10 miles from Boston Lincolnshire and 15 minutes drive from Skegness on a quiet rural lane. From the top viewing point of the windmill are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and The Wash. The village of Wrangle is just a stones throw away.
It has a circular lounge with original beams to the ceiling, 3 circular bedrooms to the 1st 2nd and 3rd floors but
because of the very nature of the building you access each bedroom up an open plan staircase in each of the bedrooms.
The stairs are steep, so is unsuitable for young toddlers. It has a well fitted kitchen with all mod cons and tiled
floor, Bathroom with heated towel rail.
Outside there is ample parking and a large patio area.
It is a short drive from the RSPB Frieston shore and Frampton marsh, Aircraft museums, antiques and family fun at Skegness. There is also fishing, pubs and golf locally and of course many country walks.
