Shropshire or Welsh borderWe are looking for a property or building land, both with development potential not much more than 60 mins driving time from Shrewsbury. Can be unusual, derelict, barn conversion, mill, bungalow on good size land that needs replacing etc.We are a cash buyer with a budget of up to 400k, but would rather buy at the low end, and develop ourselves, so anything that has been done already is of less interest.
