Shropshire or Welsh borderWe are looking for a property or building land, both with development potential not much more than 60 mins driving time from Shrewsbury. Can be unusual, derelict, barn conversion, mill, bungalow on good size land that needs replacing etc.We are a cash buyer with a budget of up to 400k, but would rather buy at the low end, and develop ourselves, so anything that has been done already is of less interest. Other requirements (in descending order of importance): Between 2 and 5 acres of land (or more) with some good views. Hilly area not flat land. Would consider smaller plot of land with dwelling and buying additional woodland nearby. Land to include some woodland. Some proximity (ideally around half hours' walk) to basic shops. Proximity to rail network or other public transport Potential for 2 or more smaller dwellings better than one big house. Prefer a property that is not listed.
