New on the Members Pages: 5 Nov I have now added a page of beach huts. Not the right time of year, I know, but there are a lot of them, and I'm told they are very desirable. Have a look! And if you cant see them because you aren't a member, then jolly well join. It only costs £25 for a year. And if you have a beach hut you could advertise it here for the same amount.
New on the Members Pages: 7 Nov The auctions for december are now coming online. There are several lined up for the first week in december. The first contains land for development, plus a magistrates court, and several pubs and a couple of public conveniences.

There is also another bulletin containing building plots and old crofts and barns way up in the north of Scotland. John Clare: Update 14 November

I dont usually talk up Portugal, but I note the property market here has only slid very slightly. The banks have agreed a 5% mark down in valuations across the Algarve for this year. Unfortunately that's the third year on the trot for such a downgrade, but compared with Spain we are in clover here. And the weather is just as nice.

The latest newsletter is an update on the property market in Dubai. I hope none of you have invested there. I have been warning about the place for some years now. And of course, as expected, it has crashed quite significantly.
