New on the Members' Pages: 4 July We now have another auction of properties in the South-East of England. There are several plots for development. There is also a rather fine barn with what look like very fine timbers. Finally, there is the charming chalet in two acres of woodland in the heart of the New Forest.	There is also a former methodist church, and a splendid hotel on the Isle of Wight, which looks cheap for the accommodation you get. I like the old munitions stores in Gosport for possible conversion. Check it out. And non-members need to Join Up to access the details.
New on the Members' Pages: 24 June I dont know what is going on, but there are pubs for sale throughout the land. I blame the government of course, with their stupid taxes on beer. I have also written an article on buying pubs. It's a great way to buy cheap houses, but too many are being converted. We will soon be in the same position we are with churches; not enough for worship. This new bulletin contains no less than 17 pubs for sale, plus an ex-school, and lots of development sites, plus some woodland.

Farming in the Algarve: 6 June We have been offered land in the Algarve and we want to farm it. Is there anyone out there who is a farmer looking for a better climate to work in, or someone keen on taking up farming? This project is in its early stages. Do have a look at the write-up, and get back to us if you are interested.

New on the Public Pages: 17 June I recently did a jaunt across part of the UK. I happened to pass right by a rather large mansion which was for sale. I dont suppose for a minute many of you would be interested in buying it, but you might like a look. I have set up a whole page for it. Click the link, or click the picture to have a look.
New on the Members' Pages: 17 June Another bulletin, another bunch of interesting properties, this time in Scotland. I have had complaints that I am missing out that wonderful country. Building plots overlooking Lochailort, semi-derelict cottages with land, a large church with consent to convert into 4 apartments. And a share of the River Tweed providing salmon and sea-trout fishing over a 4 mile stretch.
