Front line building plot with possibility of building further properties. The land has its own private roads and it extends down to the sea. It is located opposite a state protected park which includes a river (that plunges over a waterfall near sea level) with a plane forest and is a registered path (called "Rihtis gorge" or "Richtis gorge") which has become one of the most popular attractions in far eastern Crete (look it up!)
